Midsole Compared to the other PWRRUN foams, the new PWRRUN HG offers the highest amount of cushioning and energy return. This foam is based on PWRRUN PB, which uses PEBA (polyether block amide). With PWRRUN HG, PEBA is, as it were, spread over the entire sole, resulting in a midsole with increased cushioning and energy return. Running at high speeds is therefore more comfortable and easier with the PWRRUN HG foam. The model delivers the speed you need thanks to the full-length carbon plate. The plate provides extra stability and also provides forward propulsion. The SPEEDROLL technology has also been used in this shoe, which allows the forefoot to bend better. This promotes better grip and stimulates the roll-over of your foot. In addition, the Endorphin Elite offers extra comfort with the PWRRUN+ insole, which adds an extra layer of cushioning. Upper A knitted upper allows the material to stretch in all directions with the foot and provides a high level of breathability. The Endorphin Elite has a knitted mesh upper, making the material seamless and able to stretch with your foot. The knitted mesh upper also has high breathability to keep your feet cool. This upper is partly made from recycled materials, with which Saucony is committed to sustainability. Outsole A thin outsole has been added at the heel and forefoot. This outsole has a fairly rough pattern, so that you have good grip in all directions and all conditions.
